Under the warranty, only the part of the mattress in which the defect was found is subject to repair or replacement. If the entire mattress is found to be defective, it must be replaced. During the warranty period, all defects are eliminated free of charge if they arise through the fault of the "Manufacturer".

Dissatisfaction with the comfort of the mattress;
The height of the mattress. The "manufacturer" guarantees the availability and high quality of the fillers specified in the specifications on the mattress label. The height of the mattress can vary within plus or minus 10 mm, which can be caused by tolerances in the dimensions of the materials used and manufacturing technology. In order to measure the height of the mattress, it is necessary to place it on a flat surface and put a rail on the mattress. Mattress upholstery discrepancy;
Depressions from the body (less than 30 mm deep);
A mattress that has been damaged as a result of improper use;

Warranty claim and warranty periods:

The warranty card must contain the following information: product name, model, SKU, date of sale, stamp of the sales representative and signature of the seller.
