Warranty conditions for mattresses

Warranty service of the product is carried out by the "Manufacturer" in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and in the presence of a correctly completed Warranty Card.

All mattresses of the company "Ekaterinoslavskie furniture workshops" comply with the requirements of the State standard GOST 19917: 2016 (GOST 19917-2014 "Furniture for sitting and lying". General specifications), and also have the conclusion of the state sanitary and epidemiological examination.

Under the warranty, only the part of the mattress in which the defect was found is subject to repair or replacement. If the entire mattress is found to be defective, it must be replaced. During the warranty period, all defects are eliminated free of charge if they arise through the fault of the "Manufacturer".

The warranty covers:

Mattress cover;

Structural deformations that have arisen due to the use of a poor-quality base;

Dissatisfaction with the comfort of the mattress;

The height of the mattress. The "manufacturer" guarantees the availability and high quality of the fillers specified in the specifications on the mattress label. The height of the mattress can vary within plus or minus 10 mm, which can be caused by tolerances in the dimensions of the materials used and manufacturing technology. In order to measure the height of the mattress, it is necessary to place it on a flat surface and put a rail on the mattress. The height of the mattress is the distance from a flat surface to the rail;

Mattress upholstery discrepancy;

Depressions from the body (less than 30 mm deep);

A mattress that has been damaged as a result of improper use;

Use of the mattress by the consumer for medical reasons (including the manifestation of an allergic reaction in the consumer);

Other cases of violation of the rules of operation of the mattress.

Warranty claim and warranty periods:

In the event of any defects that are subject to elimination under warranty, the buyer must contact the store from which the mattress was purchased.

To make a claim, the buyer must have the store's sales receipt and cashier's receipt, which confirms the purchase of the mattress. If you cut the label, you must also show it.

The warranty card must contain the following information: product name, model, SKU, date of sale, stamp of the sales representative and signature of the seller.

The warranty period for mattresses is 18 months from the date of sale.

You can exchange or return an item within 14 days using our delivery service or by yourself.

Return conditions:

To register a return, you must have a receipt, passport and goods in the package.

We will refund you the money on the day the goods are returned or, if there is no money at the checkout, no later than 7 days later.

We issue a refund if:

- the product has not been used and has no traces of use

- the goods are fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;

- all labels and factory markings are preserved.

If you do not like the product or did not fit it, you can issue a return within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the product has traces of use, has lost its presentation, if there are no tags.
