You can exchange or return the goods within 14 days by using our delivery service or by yourself.
Return / exchange conditions:
A receipt, mattress passport and goods in undamaged packages are required for return/exchange
We will refund your money on the agreed date of return.
We will formalize the return if:
- the goods have not been used and have no signs of use;;
- the product is fully packaged and the integrity of the packaging has not been compromised;
- all labels and factory marking have been saved.
If you did not like the product or it did not fit, you can order its return within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the goods if they have signs of use, have lost their appearance if there are no tags.
In order to choose the right mattress, we recommend you to choose it at our points of sale, which is convenient and guarantees the right purchase.
